The Insurance Division holds public hearings for rate requests involving individual and small employer health plans. See examples of rates in your area.
How to participate
- Comment at the hearing: Hearings are held in Room 260 of the Labor and Industries Building,
350 Winter St. NE, in downtown Salem.
- Watch online and testify by phone: Visit this page shortly before the public hearing starts for a link to the hearing. To testify by phone, e-mail sarah.a.mcgovern@state.or.us by noon the day before the hearing with your name and phone number. We will call you during the public comment part of the hearing.
- Comment online: Once companies file rate requests, the hearing schedule below will link to rate filing documents and a place where you can comment.
